This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

I agree..its better to have something to fight with as proof..ultimately when you go down this path..we got be prepared to fight tooth and nail to get the trade-in credits processed succesfully and be prepared to go to keep following up continually and be patient

Curiously, I checked Craigslist yesterday for my city and saw one lucky S7 buyer selling his S7 128GB (cost $149) for $480! Was he including those FREE Galaxy Buds2? NOPE! Searched those on CL and the same seller was selling the Buds2 for $100! $580 for something that he paid $150+tax. Merry Christmas, suckers! Smilie

Be careful.. Samsung may has some tactics... Somewhere there it says that they will contact you if cc fails and payment is due immediately. The best is just to let them charge and ask to return the new item so u get all money back. Hopefully we don't face that situation. We'll know soon

Hey guys I selected Samsung tab A 8 for trade in not realizing it says "Samsung tab A 8 (new)" meaning the latest 2019 version but realized mine is actually the old old 2015 or something version. Doesn't anyone wonder what is going to happen with all these old tablets we are trading in? Most are not worth any time checking out, let alone refurbishing them for use somewhere! It seems they'll probably crate them all up and sell it at an auction or even just e-waste them.
