Edit: I was wrong. this is actually a 75hz panel. The listing on Office Depot says 60hz though. Thank you DuMKaSD for pointing that out.

i bought the Monoprice deal couple of weeks back with same 1440p for $150.

for office work, i am not seeing any good benefit of having 27 inch monitor with 1440p resolution. i am keeping 1080p only while using for office works.
