AFAIK the codes don't expire. There won't be a problem waiting a couple of months.

BTW, initial setup can take a while. If you're buying this for kiddos or the family, I recommend cracking it open and getting the updates and game downloads done before Santa puts it under the tree 🌲.

Not likely, per DD (https://www.dekudeals.com/items/s...o-odyssey) this has gone to $30 for physical (one time at Walmart) and digital has been $34.99 at the lowest.

The digital price rarely drops to where it is now. If you really want it (it is a very good game!) I'd jump on this good deal and not worry about missing a potential great deal.

I have a brand new switch waiting for Christmases already. If I get this now any issues with redeeming it after Christmas. I have yet to open my switch.

Seconded, with the addition of put an SD card in it, and get any downloads done, because they can be frustratingly slow
