It's a desktop i5 cpu. It should run circles against most of the laptop under 1000 on SD. It will be more expandable too.

Need something like this, with optical drive, win 10, wifi, no need any drives - purely for torrent, web etc, connected to tv.
Would love to get one refurbished for 'bout $300. Any ideas where to find one?

You can check the Dell outlet section, sometimes you can score great prices when there is active coupon codes that you can add on top.

As of right now, this New $400 is less than a used one lol

I use micro pcs for my tvs and regular desktops for other purposes. This particular computer doesn't seem particularly upgradeable though

You can easily put windows 10 on it and set it up as a brand new computer with a usb drive and the media creation tool. I'd do this anyway no matter what operating system it came with. Removes all the Dell stuff.
