One thing to clear (correct me if I'm wrong):

This is the silver model which doesn't come with a stylus/pen nor its housing within the laptop. That's the black model which is the more recent one.

So you'd have to buy the pen separately with this one.

Other than that it's a banger of a deal at this price.

That's correct! It's the silver model that does not come with the stylus/pen. It's for $40 on dell.com and compatible with this model.

Why does OP say "Intel Optane Memory H10 32GB with 512GB Solid State Storage" when the deal page itself says "512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe Solid State Drive"? There is zero mention of Intel Optane.

16gb will be better. optane is just "super fast" cache to open your apps

Just a watch out. This model is plagued with hardware issues related to the laptop going dead for no reason after shutdown and then not turning back on until after several days when the internal battery has completely depleted. I had this happen and had to wait 2 months for a replacement since parts were on back order. So please do your research before buying

I bought this for a friend. Machine is nice. Real sleek. Touchpad is probably a 4 out of 5 - not as smooth a click as like microsoft surface devices, and slightly harder push (only slightly). And the screen is not one handed open. The computer i buy for myself will have one handed open.

Neither. It's worse.

You have to select Windows 11 as the OS.

Insufficient drive plus no touchscreen. Pass
Might as well invest this money to go see an ophthalmologist coz you're clearly blind.
