I bought it as part of this deal and it is not waterproof. Poured water on it and it went right through. On a side note, I didnt want to ruin it with machine dry on the first day so I let it dry by air and it ended up tightening up in that spot as if it shrunk. Does anybody know why that would happen? I remember a dress I used to own doing something similar.

They mention that the pillow protector has a zipper enclosure. Does the mattress protector have one too (i.e. is it a full encasement)?

I bought to from the same place but they were not waterproof and it didn't say waterproof also but this one it says it is waterproof.
