I never could cancel my plan after spending ~8 hours contacting them, I just had to ban their payments on my credit card (plus deny the initial payment, I only bought it for international so it was useless for me) and hope they don't send it to collections.

1. No customer service. they have chat but to respond to your chat you have to wait for atleast 1 hr.
2. No connectivity. They claim it works on T-Mobile network but i dont think it is always true. I have both T-Mobile and hello mobile and most of the times hello mobile never connected to network
3. Due to bad coverage you'll never get calls and text messages.
