Deal History
Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
Here is what happened last week. Target had an i3 HP 15 laptop on special for $339.99 - https://www.target.com/p/hp-15-6-34-laptop-with-windows-home-in-s-mode-intel-core-i3-11th-gen-proces...[target.com] . (It is now priced at $429.99 as the deal is over.) Walmart had posted in advance the deal on the i3 (not the one the subject of this thread) that is taking place this week for $279 - https://www.walmart.com/ip/HP-15-.../416132914 . The i3 in the Walmart was not the same as the i3 in the Target (i3-1115G4 vs i3-1125G4), still many folks were able to get Target to price match the Walmart model and get $60 back off of the $339.99 price. Others were not successful doing this. In any event, the Target deal is over now.

It is made with a very small motherboard that says NVME but it does not support NVME leaving you stuck with SATA-3 which is 20% as fast. It uses many small circuit boards for different things and the BIOS is ancient thus why the NVME does not work.
I bought two and both stopped working within a week.
The HP is fully upgradable. Max DDR 64 GB. Just a few screws two under rubber feet just warm it a bit with a hair dryer to remove them. Then stick them back on when done. Inside the case is night to day different. There may even be a place for a SATA 2.5" drive. You will most likely have to buy the cable for it. Dell even comes with the cable compartment and screws.
You can add another M.2 SATA-3 on a Gateway with just two screws that is nice. One of the small circuit boards inside the case.
