especially if you want to game on a new consoles that pushes out 120hz. If you game, and want the full experience then get something that's faster. Give yourself a better experience.

FYI.
What about for just regular TV viewing and watching Football/basketball?
CR rated this (75") TV higher than the 75" Hisense U6G. CR tested multiple sizes of the TU7000 (and the TU700D club-store variant), and each size had different results. The smaller versions of the TU7000 didn't test as well (and they're all VA panels).
The customer reviews on BB also are slightly higher for this TV than the Hisense.
Rtings.com scored the U6G higher than the TU7000, but only tested a single TV of each, in one size, and seems to make the assumption that the other sizes perform the same (which CR tests have shown isn't true).
I know the rtings.com numbers are taken as gospel in this forum, so my sharing of this information might get downvoted. And I'm NOT saying the U6G is a bad TV. As a matter of fact, I might be buying 2 of them. I'm just sharing that there seems to be more to these 75" TVs than has been discussed.
And for those who haven't seen the updated notes on rtings.com, the 75" U6G was determined to be a VA panel, and that's somewhat verified by CR's angle view degradation and good black level comments for both.
As of today, the 2 TVs in this size are the same price on BB.

Interested in this tv too, but just wondering whether there are any chance to get better deal during this Black Friday for a 75" tv from top brand as Samsung, LG etc.
