So in a nutshell turns out it's all BS marketing and you should literally go with the cheapest option in the format you like. Instant heat, space heater, but surfaces might feel cold. Warm all over surfaces feeling heat, radiator, but it takes time to heat up and cool down. Pretty much the same options you have now between air and liquid heat for your entire home.
The only ways these actually save you $ is if you are literally just heating the room you are in. It's a bit harder to maintain that advantage the bigger your family is. If it's big enough the entire house needs heat everywhere almost all the time, you better run your whole home system normally rather than pay at the electric meter with these things. If your home heat runs on electric, have at it!

Ainfox seems spammy on here but I looked up general reviews on Amazon for some of their products and it's decent to good. For $26, what the heck. In 4 1
This is basic radiator, no digital extras and it's a good chance that it will run for long time as my previous no name is refusing to die for the past 10 years.
Hey, I might burn my house down because I'm a cheap-ass and wanted to save a few bucks by buying a sketchy no-name space heater directly from some rando website, but I saved $25!!!
I use these every year for the last 10 years or so. Instead of using my furnace I use these and it saves a lot of energy cost. I start them on high because they take a while to start then after 10 to 20 mins dial back to low. Efficient. Cheap to run, cats and dogs love them.
