There are a few other differences between the the Aero 13 and this Yoga 6.

HP Aero:
+ brighter monitor, 16:10 aspect ratio.
+ newer generation Ryzen 7, slightly faster than the older one in the Yoga, But, I believe the Aero throttles the CPU more than the Yoga, which may mean that in real life the Yoga might be faster. In the worst case, they should be equal.
+ lighter (2.2 vs 2.99 lbs)
+ USB-C Gen 2 port (10 Gbps speed) vs Gen 1 (5Gbps) in the Yoga
+ HDMI port

Yoga:
+ 2-in-1, which is really nice for those who value it. Flips completely over and can be used as a tablet.
+ You can get open box items at a lower price.
+ Fabric cover looks nice, although many hate it.
+ bigger battery than the Aero.
+ backlit keyboard. The backlit version of the Aero is NOT available at the moment, so even though it's an add-on option for $20 more, if you want the laptop now, you can't get it.
+ 2 USB-C ports
+ can be charged with USB-C. The Aero might also have that capability, although I've read contradictory information on it, so not 100% sure.

I like the HP aero better. Has 5800u instead of 5700u and 16:10 400 nits screen. You do give up the grouch screen/ 2-in-1 tho.

Another possible downside of the HP aero is the battery life. I believe it's 40wh compared to the yoga's 60wh (so the yoga theoretically lasts 50% longer). I have the 5500u version of the yoga 6 and the battery life has been really impressive.

When (if) you get this, check your current maximum battery capacity versus designed. I bought one about a month ago that was open box / excellent and had to return it because it had 51/60 mwh battery capacity. It only had 11 total life recharge cycles on it, but approximately 2 years worth of wear. So be cognizant of the things that you may not see on initial inspection, mine had a faulty battery.

Oh, it also supports active pens. I want to say usi standard? Wacom, Lenovo makes one, etc. nice feature.

I wish this has at least 3 usb-A ports though. Frown 2 isn't enough for me so I'll have to pass. This would've been perfect though!

Thanks, nice, like it even more. Only drawback is the USB-C charger, my current lenovo has that and honestly its a pain as i have to wait 5+ minutes after plugging in to turn it on if battery too low.

Yeah, from lenovo. I tried to buy it and waited for almost a month and finally they said it's not available, buy something else. It was a wasting of time.
