I've had this issue as well. Fortunately, Pyrex seems to be willing to send out new lids free of charge.

They may have changed things up since the last time I contacted them but you can try sending them a message or filing a claim:

I bought silicone replacement lids on Amazon (some Sophico brand). Seems to work well so far. They are pricey though, but I'm OK if they are able to last a long time.
All the plastic lids I've had from sets like this have died after a few years (even with no microwaving). Same with the sets owned by everyone else I know. It eventually gets brittle and the edge that goes around the bowl cracks off.

If you don't put the lids In the dishwasher and hand wash them instead they'll last a lot longer....

These round ones are a waste of space in the refrigerator or cooler when you have multiple containers. I prefer the square/rectangle ones.

this 100%. the lids do break, but weve gotten many years of use out of ours and only had to replace maybe 5 of 20+

How do you get them send those lids for free? It cost 2 to 3 dollars to buy replacement online.

I have some pyrex bowls from about 8-10 years ago. Back then the lids only came in red (I think) and those lids are still kicking, even after a lot of washes. All the sets I've bought in the last 5 years the lids last maybe a year, and that's with not putting them in the dishwasher.

Please do share. My experience was replacement lids were too expensive.

Part of the problem could be drying them in Dishwasher. With $20 bucks and 11 bowls, if I use them for 2 years, I am at peace ✌🏽
