So weird to see this posted here not even two hours after I purchased a Soapstone pair using this exact method — that is to say, refurbished with the id.me discount.

Awesome deal for sure. The already-discounted refurbs along with the id.me discount; Bose's stellar customer service; and their ace warranty on refurbs ended up being far more persuasion than I could ignore. 😅

I can't tell if you are serious or joking. I have had speakers die in my qc 20s and qc25s and in under a year (both purchased new) and both times bose gave me only 1 option. Send in my broken pair and they would sell me a new pair for 200.00. I keep buying them because they are the only option for good anc imo but I definitely don't trust bose to have my back if their headphones die.

Bought these refurb a while ago. Came DOA. Got a new pair from Bose, but it's clear to me that these had some kind on manufacturing flaw when first produced. There were a lot of complaints.

These are also substantially less comfortable for sustained use than the QC35s in my opinion.
