Why does Best Buy have 2 different model #'s/sku's for the SN850?
Model: WDBAPY0010BNC-WRSN SKU: 6425636 for $177.99 and
Model: WDBAUY0010BNC-WRSN SKU: 6425635 for $149.99

There has to be a reason? Is one a Best Buy only sku?

I scoured through the questions and found a WD rep answering the difference. BAUY is a bare drive with no software. BAPY is backwards compatible with prior pci-e generations.

No difference if you got gen 4. But they won't price match because different models.

I did this when the store was out of stock. They will order it for you to be shipped and use the 15% off coupon. It's still considered an in-store purchase when they order for you.
