Bought this last year around this time from Wal-Mart. It ended up being the worst carpet cleaner I've ever owned. Put water down on the carpet but had really weak suction and would only pick up a small amount of that water. Tried everything to try and fix it with support. Sent it back and paid more for a Bissell Pro Heat 2X Pet. Obviously I paid more for that but completely worth it after the hassle of re-packaging and shipping back a used product.

They won't even sell it to you with proof of pet ownership.

Already picked on up. We're badly in need of one for various rugs with an upholstery tool for the couch.

It's a good price. If it sucks (no pun intended) we can always return it in time to find another deal.

Yes, very powerful carpet washer and it comes with an extension hose and upholstery tools which are great for cleaning cars.

If your wood floor is not sealed, I wouldn't recommend using anything that uses a large amount of water, including steam mops. Best to use something with a neutral pH like Bona as a cleaner that you must on and you use a microfiber mop to wipe/scrub off (after vacuuming thoroughly first).
