the "cheers to you" card (only option with home depot) has to be a $25 and a $50 card, $75 option not available
For some reason the full 5% redcard discount is not applying, only ~4.3%

$75 cards ($25 and $50) - redcard = $71.75 plus $10 target gc

Target is trying to charge 50 cents more than they should be, not a big deal to some, big deal to others,
If buying multiple cards, buy in one transaction to limit overcharge

This is correct, you only get the 5% discount on the portion of the prorated part of the purchase that is not a Target eGC.
So the Happy GC portion ($75-$10) is $61.75 after the 5% discount + paying for the full $10 eGC in the order ($71.75 total)

Are you referring to cash back redemption? a) home depot is not there b) not everyone has unlimited cash back available.

I don't think it's all. The ad says "cards shown here". However they has 15% off Lowe's on Thursday. I plan to get a $500 card for a large purchase I have coming up.
