Price - 5a $399 vs 6 $599
Processor - 5a snapdragon vs Google Tensor (immensely faster)
Camera on the 6 is 50mp vs the 12mp on the 5a but with how googles camera apps capture algorithm you'd be hard press to be upset by either cameras. Both take excellent photos albeit the 6 does look better.
I own the 4a 5g. It's almost identical to the 5a besides a few difference you'd never notice. I would say if you're on a budget the 5a is an extremely good phone (i love my 4a) but if you want a "flagship" go for the 6. The tensor processor is solid as hell.
