The price is not actually $15 per month but adds an additional $3.50 per month in fees and taxes. That said, it works great for me in Lancaster PA.

Horrible customer service when returning. I have tried to contact them via chat, phone, email and even through Facebook account. I sent in a refund request and it took 7 days to get a reply. Denied and sent a link to their return policy.

so has anyone activated in a new phone then moved the sim back to their old phone that already had Mint service within the past 3 months?
If so, did the free 3 months stay on your acct?
I have a Netgear 1120 4G LTE hotspot. I activated through MintMobile.com/activate which takes the IMEI of the device (you type it in), and the ACT # on the card you receive.
any issues using Mint SIM in LTE hotspot?
