At least at my local Lowes they have been this price for weeks. I almost got a set but the handles are super cheap plastic and you can't put a wrench on them. I opted for the I think 13p craftsman with the hex shaped handles

These have been $20 for all of 2021 at every Lowe's I have visited this year (probably about 2 dozen). I kept hoping they would get cheaper as they don't seem particularly well made.
