I have an alternate set but about the same tools. They are really great for the price. Lots of tools with out a bunch of fluff like driver tips and such. I like the 72 tooth ratchets. They move nice and allow for a slighter swing in a tight compartment. These are 6 point sockets which is a plus in a lot of situations. 3xCamels shows this price since early November and marginally more back to mid/ early October. If you need a fairly versatile set I'd say go with it. But since the price is hovering not sure the slickness since it hasn't been more then $120 in 6 months.

We have a similar set at work. The ratchets and tools in general feel good but the big thing is the size/shape of the case is very convenient. It fits well in the bottom drawer of a narrow (36"w?) Craftsman toolbox, the rear seat foot well in your car, and carries nicely at your side. I just picked up the $99 270pc husky box; the ratchets aren't nearly as nice and the box is bulky/odd to carry/fits fewer places and the damn drawers can slide out because they don't have any type of restraint.

What's the warranty situation on these? We have an old Craftsman set and it's pretty easy to go to ACE and get a broken socket swapped out. Missing a bunch of sockets so in the market for a new set.

You will only need one tool out of this kit. Probably the 15mm wrench or 15mm socket.

In addition, depending on the vehicle, you will also need a drain pan, ramps or jack & jack stands, and an oil filter wrench.

Edit: Just checked the contents list and it doesn't even come with a 15mm socket. What a weird and limited selection of tools in this kit...
