Agreed. I have a Kershaw with this type of handle and it just feels like cheap plastic. My favorite Kershaw handle is the one that comes on the blur. It is heavy, rough, and you can grip it without it feeling like it will slip right out of your hand.
Not sure if it's still an issue but I have one of these from 5 or 6 years ago and the spring assist triggers with dangerously low force. You have to keep the blade locked closed with the slider when not in use.
