Even at $995, it's still just smart display to stream workouts for $39/month. It's not equipment but rather a screen to give you the privilege of spending more for a monthly membership. At least a Peleton can be used as an exercise bike.

If you're into fitness long term, you'd be joining a gym anyways.

I've been eyeing the Hydrow...that thing gives an awesome workout, it's easy to store, and the programs are pretty cool. Wish it had a deal like this though. It's sooooooo damned expensive Frown

Most video game console have equivalent functionality via fitness games. We like ring fit and just dance though there are other more hardcore versions if that's your thing. Cheap, subscription free, way more functionality, likely better IT infrastructure than a clothing company when it comes to mounting a web connected camera to your wall to watch you......

This deal can be stacked with 20-25% cashback and Amex offer (Spend $1000 get $200 back) bringing it down to ~$550-$600. Not very useful for me but maybe helps someone wanting to purchase.

That Amex offer expired 3 months ago.

Nope, still available until 12/31/2021. Check again, I have it on all 6 of my cards.

Edit: Just added it to one of my cards as well.

Hmm mine expired some time in August. Weird.

If you have more than 100 offers it might just be hidden, try adding a few in that case. Or maybe it's targeted.

The more I look at this thing for usefulness, the less useful it seems. There is no active form correction or training advice and no touch screen. It's just a screen behind a mirror. Kinda nonsensical when I can achieve the same result with a TV/monitor and a mirror side by side.

Nintendo consoles have the best fitness games! Switch also has a game called Yoga Master which has a feature where the game makes a yoga routine for you based on your age, yoga experience, and BMI.

I bought an old Waterrower, which lacks all of the data tracking stuff. Unless you're really into rowing or crew (i.e., you just want a good workout via rowing), then I'd recommend keeping an eye out for an old Waterrower or Concept2 (just depends on your preferences) and pairing it with Apple Fitness or something like that if you want a routine to follow. The rowing workouts on Apple Fitness are pretty good imo, though I dropped the sub once the trial was over.

They still have a promo code for $500 off. I don't have the Amex credit for either one of my cards.
How likely is it that the cashback stacks with the promo code? It's not a promo code that appears on the cashback sites and they all have a disclaimer that if you don't use one of their promo codes, you might not get your cashback. It is prominently on mirror.co though and it auto-populates when purchasing. I think it's likely you'd get it, but I'm gotten non-definitive answers from the cashback sites I've checked with so far.

TBH I've always gotten Amex cashback irrespective of coupon use. My most recent mattress purchase netted me $350 Amex credit showing up after 7 days or so. And yes this was with a coupon not listed on any CB sites. Unless you didn't meet the spend criteria or added the offer after purchase, you should (In my very limited experience) receive the credit. If it doesn't show up, I suggest contacting Amex they have been very good at making things right. As for CB sites, that is a whole different ball game. I would give 50/50 chances of getting that to track and payout.

I don't have the Amex offer, but yes, I agree, that would definitely come.
Agree on the cb sites at about 50/50 as well, maybe a bit higher. One of the cashback sites has a $300 coupon that they say is good with the cb. I probably think that means the $500 on mirror.co would probably work as well, but cb site support says it will likely be declined based on their terms of not using a coupon code on their site. The decision I have is that $300 off + 25% CB if better than $500 off and no CB, but $500 off + 25% CB would be really nice to get.

One last post here.
I did not have the Amex offer that I saw anywhere on either of my cards. Amex via online chat was kind enough to add the offer to one of my cards though. I wasn't clear if it was already there and I didn't see it or if they added it as a courtesy.

As far CB sites, the coupon on the Mirror site for $500 auto-populates when you order so it's not really even an internet coupon code.

tcb has 25%, but their terms are clear that if I don't use their coupon, I may not get the cash. Their support also didn't seem to think I would. I would bet (but wasn't willing to really) that they would pay out.

befr has 20% and their chat support thought I would get it and I didn't see such specific language about not using their coupon would invalidate the CB. I installed their chrome plugin and went to mirror. Took a screenshot saying 20% has been activated and made the purchase. Shopping visit does show in my log. If they don't pay up, I think I've got a great case. All I did was go to mirror, activate the CB, click buy, put in my email, name, address and credit card in and complete the order. I did absolutely nothing that should invalidate cash back and would fight this hard.

Hopefully getting this for $596+tax in the end. Probably not worth it, I agree, but money well spent keeping my wife happy.

Also, even though it was $995 before tax, I immediately got notice that I had used my Amex offer since the total price after tax was over $1000. Amex chat rep said it had to be over $995 before tax and shipping, but I knew he was wrong.
