The neck hammock is decent. Still not a replacement for an actual pneumatic traction machine which is around $350+.
That said, I have something similar to this and while I like it, I use an inflatable neck collar thing more. Some days when I've been sitting at a computer all day or (pre-pandemic) during my road warrior on a plane weeks I'd have a pinched nerve/crick in my neck and the inflatable collar is what does the trick.

Ironically, I learned from my dpt friend that my aching came from being tense all of the time, so i've learned to how to pull my shoulders/scaps back when sitting and it's helped a ton.
