I bought this last year and didn't like it at all. The fit ended up being rather baggy and it was VERY thin. Just be aware when you buy this that you're buying basically a shell, not like a winter coat.

And yes—it did smell very bad.

It looks like the 'Responsible Down Standard' they use is real feathers.

Found this on the website:

RDS certification ensures humane treatment of the animals that provide down and feathers for products.

Also looked at return policy. They make you a return label and charge you $7 to return it. Acceptable to me, because I don't think I will and it looks like a deal

I believe the "tall" indicator relates to your specific measurements (length of arms, torso and such)


Without those we probably wouldn't be able to help you out. If you generally wear "tall" sizes then you should probably go with that here.

Not just this jacket, it's their entire inventory. I used to only buy their shorts and jackets because of that warranty. No more though, moving on to the next brand , most likely Carhartt for winter stuff.
