Was hoping to get it by Christmas.
Now it says January 7.
Reached out to customer service and they said "oh no, it will arrive on time, trust me".
So I requested to chat with a manager who confirmed it will be late and arrive on January 7.
They refused to give any compensation.
All customer service reps are foreign and poor English skills. Seems like they couldn't care less.
This was my first purchase on Samsung's website and I am regretting not going to another retailer and skipping the EDU discount altogether for piece of mind.
Now I can't cancel because if I do I lose the Black Friday offer.
Best Buy won't price match it either.
If this is acceptable Samsung customer service then I won't be purchasing any more Samsung products.
My other worry is if the TV breaks then I don't want to deal with this kind of customer service again - warranty or not.

Received $100 promo code due to delay (+1)
Was notified that it was shipped, eta Dec 15. But samsung order status still shows Jan 7. I am fairly sure Dec 15 is correct as AGS has created a delivery appointment for me already. (+2)
If it gets delivered by then, then Samsung will have done good, except for terrible foreign representatives in customer service chat.
So it coming down to 1529+taxes - $100
