Great deal but keep in mind Costco offers 5 year warranty for the same TV for only $220*******(Edited sorry for my horrendous math) more

If you dont care about the warranty this is about the cheapest you will be able to find this TV for
Or any other manufacturer TVs according to Rtings. But if you search reddit for "block samsung tv ads", you'll find instructions for adding their advertising domains to your router block list.

Same here. Purchased on Nov 18 and originally said will be delivered on or before Dec 23.

So I requested to chat with a manager who confirmed it will be late and arrive on January 7.
They refused to give any compensation.
All customer service reps are foreign and poor English skills. Seems like they couldn't care less.
This was my first purchase on Samsung's website and I am regretting not going to another retailer and skipping the EDU discount altogether for piece of mind.
Now I can't cancel because if I do I lose the Black Friday offer.
Best Buy won't price match it either.
If this is acceptable Samsung customer service then I won't be purchasing any more Samsung products.
My other worry is if the TV breaks then I don't want to deal with this kind of customer service again - warranty or not.

Received $100 promo code due to delay (+1)
Was notified that it was shipped, eta Dec 15. But samsung order status still shows Jan 7. I am fairly sure Dec 15 is correct as AGS has created a delivery appointment for me already. (+2)
If it gets delivered by then, then Samsung will have done good, except for terrible foreign representatives in customer service chat.

These were shipped ocean freight I guess because I ordered it end of November and only on Jan 2nd I got an email to schedule my local delivery with a company AGS. I setup a delivery appointment for Jan 3rd and they just never delivered. I called the place and they said they haven't located my shipment in the container yet and will let know when they find. Basically I have no idea if they lost it and when I will get this final delivery. Quite annoying as I had expected to get this delivered for my appointment window yesterday.

it ships ocean freight so it takes over a month. what was your original delivery date? is you had it delivery for January, then it messed out how they have to re-ship it.

Did you get the TV? The ags scheduling this is not tied to reality. I called ags and they don't have my tv and no one knows when it will deliver. even if you can schedule the delivery it doesn't mean ags has the product. they apparently will call you to schedule the delivery

My original date was Dec 20. It still has not arrived. I called Samsung and they "escalated" it but nothing has changed. In fact, the reps suggestion for me was to order a different tv. Just amazed by this "support"

I got my yesterday. Support won't do shit. They can't make ships go faster lol. I myself got my TV yesterday. I had c1 on order but went ahead and canceled because this was cheaper. The TV is great but I would've gotten the c1 back in November if I knew this was gonna take 3 months.
