Can't find offer on mobile. Paypal had screwed up the app so much you can't find anything.

Will try on pc browser later.
Or I'm just not lucky enough to get the offer.

I figured out my Paypal problem. I had previous linked a card that I since removed from Paypal. I removed and re-added Paypal in the app, picking a current card. Then I was able to buy a GC without an error.

In the Paypal app, try tapping the little icon that looks like 2 tags(very bottom, second from the right), then you should see a banner about their holiday giveaway promotion in the top middle of the page, on that banner swipe left and you should see your available offers including the Starbucks one. At least that is where I found mine...
I agree the app is not intuitive, I prefer text labels to random icons everywhere.

It seems the minimum to reload a card is 10 but you can get yourself a 5 dollar gift card. Then transfer the balance to your main card after.

Worked on my paypal as described grabbed a new $5 card for $2 no indication thru checkout that it is gonna have the discount but final transaction was for $2, offer could not be loaded to my wife's paypal account.

I don't see any way to add the offer or save offer on my account. When I go to deals and search for Starbucks, it does show me the offer and the terms stating it is limited to the first 250000 people who avail of it. And then there is a button for me to click on which says shop now, but there is no there is no way for me to save the offer.
