I thought mine would last a while if I just took care of it. It started leaking in less than a month. The inside hose is what ruptures, so you can't seal it because of the outer jacket around it. 100% waste of money.
ever since I've bought my snow joe snow clearing jawn(which i love), I've tried to find another item made by this company that isnt a piece of garbage. I've tried probably 6 times, and haven't succeeded. that includes a different style of garden hose sprayer.
im done buying things from this company. theyd rather spend money for promotional posts on slickdeals(not this was posted by a staff)... than they would on making quality products.

I have a different brand hose, but these types of hoses are great. They're light and small and better than the shrinking hoses. This is a great price for the length of hose.

Just for everyone's FYI, 75' is long, heavyish, and tangling.
I have a 100' expanding hose from Costco, and I prefer the expanding 25' from Amazon when watering plants and even washing the car or using the power washer. I bought the 25' for the exact reason that the 100' was too much.
I wonder if this can be cut down and resized. Probably not with most end adapters as they are for stiff rubber hoses. Patches for damaged expandable hoses use barbed connectors , so maybe a barbed and threaded connector from the sprinkler aisle might work with screw clamps. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Rain-.../100553988
The Amazon 25' hose that I got is $17.50 with coupon, so this AquaJoe hose combo is definitely a better deal for 3x more hose.

Anyone know if this'd work with a pool cover pump? I hate to have the big hose laying there ... this seems to be the ideal length and weight.
Depends on demand - is this something that draws water? All of these "shrinking" hoses have minimal inside diameter - this one is 1/2" - pretty typical. I would NEVER use 1/2" with a power washer of any size as it will starve for water - a death sentence for a PW or any type of water pump really.

Thanks for the link. Should work well at restoring my existing hose!

There's a YouTube video with the process. Be sure to look him up. He says the inner latex may retract when cut, so be prepared. You'll also need screw clamps for the barbed section.

I think there are other video instructions also if you want to see if there's a better option.

Then you end up waiting, and it'll squirt. You gotta mess with it again to get it to squirt more.
