Thanks for sharing the deal. I buy this individually with 38" parapop and c stand for $677.95 which is cheaper than their kit for $719

There was an even better deal earlier this week where you could get the AD400Pro + 48" Octobox for $419.

And - I hate to say it - I should've posted it here but I didn't for fear of my order being cancelled. Sorry, slickdealers. :'( I knew if they suddenly got 100+ orders - no way it would ship. I already tempted fate by ordering 4 but they arrived today.

Now I just have to figure out how to sell these damn octoboxes because ain't nobody got use for 4 of these giant things!

Also - pretty sure you're using a special referral link. Adorama wasn't publicly posting this price. Public price is $520.

@tridentboy3555 I would buy the ad400pro+ octobox for $419.

Is that deal still available?

I love the Parapop. The best for location. I just wish they would expand the line.

If any of you have the 400pro please chime in. I so far haven't been blown away with it. I get maybe 250 Flashes at 1/4 to 1/8. Too many misfires. Spoke to Adorama and they thought that was ok number. I think it's way short of specs. Plus Flashpoint seems to be overly sensitive to other transmitters in the area. I also get a black screen every 30 or so where I have to fire to get screen back. My Ad600pro doesn't do this. My Interfits don't have these problems and get 500 Flashes. Adorama did give me options. I'm just seeing what other people have experienced.

I have this flash. Got it last year for the same price for the Black Friday sale. I'm very happy with it. No issues. Most of the time I am using it at 1/4 power at most, so I get tons of flashes out of it.

I previously used a Glow EZ Lock 38" Parabolic softbox with it, but that thing is huge. I've since purchased the Glow AD-S85 that uses the native Godox mount on this flash. The modifier is much easier to use, and I don't need to install the Bowens mount ring on the AD400Pro. The drawback is that this modifier only works on the AD400Pro and AD300Pro. No other flash is compatible.

For those who aren't familiar, the Glow brand is created by Adorama. Flashpoint is the rebranded flash line created by Adorama. This flash is identical to the Godox AD400Pro since Adorama just re-brands the flash for the US market. All Godox triggers work with it, and Flashpoint triggers work with Godox flashes. If you are in the US, I would recommend this over Godox because Adorama provides a warranty, and it's the same price.

Received mine 2 days ago free with the 48" octabox. The included trigger remote is kinda useless in this deal.

I have a $60 gift card so I could get this one for $350, is it worth it?

Are the batteries rechargeable or do you have to replace them every couple months?

I bought one on sale for about the same price a year or two back and I use it in my studio every day for headshots. Frankly I only use it at 1/64 power most times, but when I need to go outside to battle the sun, and/or I want to use a really big modifier. It's my go to flash. Never has let me down and the battery lasts all day for me. Never had it die during a shoot. I also use my AD200's all the time but I mostly use them for event coverage or simple portrait sessions outdoors when I don't need to overpower the sun.
