The lack of a tilt feature kills this deal. All headlamps need to be adjustable right at your vision level or else the light is wasted. Unless you need this for non task type activities, you will regret not having the tilt on the light.
I agree 💯 %, must have the tilt
Not bitching. Just stating a fact that makes these lights unusable. Checkout the reviews and then tell me if my so called "bitching" is still not ok. Let me post a $10,000 brand new car but it won't have any way to steer it. That sounds like an amazing deal doesn't it?

I grabbed the 260 lumens pair. We already have one of the 260 and it is a perfect headlamp for everything. I definitely didn't want any dimmer. Thanks.

I work under a car a lot, what is the best headlamp for that? I think 100 or 260 lumen are too dark for that purpose.

i strongly recommend the 260 lumen if only for the pivot feature.

I've got a couple of the Ozark Trail camping sets that were really cheap. The headlamp it has is pretty decent and I was just using it hunting this week. I looked it up and it was 120 lumens. It is pretty dang bright and under a car I don't know if I would need brighter. What I would want is the head to articulate (the ozark ones do that) so that I could position it better in a possible cramped space like that kind of work.

edit - looks like the 260 version does pivot. Super helpful.

If the 2.60 pair had the coupon too, I'd grab them.

260 lumens under a car is mighty bright; I can't imagine it not being sufficient.

If 100 or 260lumen is not enough, there is also the 400lumen version $11.17.

I don't know if you saw it but there is a second set that pivots. It's $12 though.

Saw that BUT at that price I have another set of headlamps that takes only a single AA battery, has a tilt feature, two modes, and comes with a carry case for around $13-$15 that I prefer. 3x AAA battery lights have always been an issue for me where I feel like I am needing way too many batteries and compromising size and weight etc.

How high can you realistically go for a headlamp? I've got a couple ~160 lumen headlamps and they aren't nearly bright enough even walking in the neighborhood, and get even dimmer as the battery dies down. Will the 260 here be significantly brighter? Can anyone recommend something even brighter? Maybe with rechargeable battery is they are always brightest and topped off? Thanks!
