Great deal! I actually needed a couple CR123 batteries for my old gen1 Ring door sensors. Amazon charges $9 for the 2 Energizer CR123s alone. So I'm really getting the rechargeable headlamp with the 18650 for like $6. Like others have said, I only buy rechargeable flashlights that have a replaceable battery like this, so great find all around. Thanks!

Will it be an issue that the light is not in the center?

What battery/batteries does this actually come with?
Details indicates this: Batteries : ‎1 Lithium ion batteries required. (included)
Can also use 18650 battery cells with this, and one Amazon review states an 18650 came with it. Would make sense if only 1 battery come swith it, as it requires 2 CR123s or whatever they are

I was just looking at the other deals for the less bright flashlights when this popped up. In for 1.

Thanks, cancelled my other order for the 260 lumen AAA battery x 2 pack. I only need 1 and would rather have a brighter headlamp than 2.

it comes with 2x disposal cr123 batteries, and someone mentioned that it also comes with 18650 inside the flashlight.

One (1) Energizer High Lumen Hybrid LED Headlamp with two (2) CR123 batteries
if that is actually the case, it shoudl be noted more clearly that its not rechargable unless you buy a battery. a battery that you cant typically get at the corner store, either. but from some of the comments, it looks like it might come with an 18650 battery as well.

a lot of the reviews state that it comes with 2 cr123 as well as an 18650.

i have some "enthusiast" models of headlamps that have the same form factor. no. you dont notice its not in the center. sometimes when its foggy i notice the beam is not centered in my peripheral vision, but its not something that affects the use.

Likely a 16340. Appears to be a Fenix rebadge.
Both of Rooster286's statements are almost certainly untrue.

Amazon reviews state that it comes with one 18650 rechargeable battery inside the light, and two non-rechargeable CR123 batteries as backups.

Neither 18650s nor CR123s should be disposed of in normal trash, btw - they need to be taken to an e-waste recycler.

Medium-to-large dogs (say, 40 lbs+), you could certainly give it a try. Would be too heavy for smaller dogs.

It's probably too heavy. Just the 18650 battery is about 45g, and the headlamp is probably another 50g or more.
