The whole ordeal turns out to be a 2-month long hassle. After multiple emails and phone calls, no one seems to know what's going on or how long it will take. Just cookie cutter responses and "we apologize for the delay".
Finally received the unit in mid-March. No email updates or tracking number after the order was shipped and luckily I was home to sign for the delivery.
Their trustpilot reviews: https://www.trustpilot.
Glassdoor reviews: https://www.glassdoor.c
"Non-returnable Products
Products not eligible for refund, return or exchange include special-order computers, Mac Pro…"
Also charges 15% restocking fee if they do take the return.
I'll wait and see if any deals pop up for Black Friday.
I would give this company zero stars if I could. I preordered an iMac 2021 model for $1700. This is a really big purchase for me, and I saved a LONG time to be able to afford to purchase this. After ordering I was informed that they consider this to be a special order and that it will take 4-6 weeks from the date of the order to ship. I am currently sitting at a couple days shy of EIGHT weeks. When I ask about a shipping timeframe I get told that they have no idea, that it is fulfilled by Apple. So I ask if there is someone there that I can contact to get an ETA - and am told that they don't have that information. Really? You ONLY sell Apple products but you don't have a contact at Apple? Finally got ahold of someone at the corporate level who AGAIN tells me that they have no idea when my computer will ship, but that if I want to cancel my order and be refunded to email them at a certain email address - and now they are ignoring me. I have no money, no computer, no answers. I am getting ready to file fraud charges soon if I cannot get a response from them.
EDIT: Computer FINALLY arrived this past week. No updates to the tracking happened along the way, so it was sheer luck that I was home to accept delivery. DHL apparently contracts out for drivers, gentleman who delivered was nice enough, but was quite elderly and nearly dropped the computer getting it out of the back of his car.... SIGH...just an absolutely awful experience from start to finish, but at least I did get my computer.

Btw, if you trade in MacBook in apple store, they won't require charger/cables. another $50 save for people want additional chargers. If you choose to ship back trade in, it requires you provide charger/cables.

I was able to PM with this deal
Initially they said it's not authorized provider (not in their list) but the rep was nice and matched the price
Worth trying if you have bought or planing to buy
You're actually giving one interpretation of what they wrote, the other being that there is a 15-percent restock fee for non-DOA items. The only way to know it was non-DOA is to have opened it and tried it. That means you would be returning a working product, for which there *IS* a 15% restocking fee. So, they are not wrong. You assumed they meant they were sending back a sealed product. In that case, there'd be no way to know it was DOA, because by definition, you never opened it to try it.
