It appears that Ubiquiti's U6-Pro access point is in stock and out of the early access program. My Ubiquiti stock alert didn't trigger because they've apparently made a new sku listing for it (or something).

Max order quantity of 2. Reddit thread suggests that UI may be counting prior purchases towards that limit.

Does not include a required PoE injector. I bought the U-PoE-AT [ui.com].

Yes, I just ordered one too!

Can anyone comment on this vs TP-Link EAP660 HD | Omada WiFi 6 AX3600 Wireless 2.5G Access Point for High-Density Deployment?

I usually hate Ubiquiti gear cause its over priced for what you get, but their beta pricing is pretty solid, annoying you have to buy your own injector if you dont have a switch with it.

That being said, this is a complete PASS, how can you call yourself a wifi 6 AP with only a 10/100/1000 ethernet port... what a waste.

Quote from godyang :
I wish they support 2.5gbe or multi ports + link aggregation. WiFi 6e is another story though.
Wifi 6E will be way over priced for what you get so not worth it, but yeah this is a pass cause its only 10/100/1000 port.

Quote from JamieL2159 :
How does this compare to the Wi-Fi 6 long range that's been out for a little bit now? I guess what I'm asking is if I already own one of those, would this be any better for home use?
Quote from bennynihon :
Curious of this myself
The LR should have a more range but it gets total less throughput, for home use you will probably never see a difference changing out to a Pro., you might actually lose some coverage.

How does this one compare to TP-Link Amada EAP660HD, which is wifi 6 2.5Gbps AP?
While the pro has a little bit more throughput on 5ghz the Amada has better 2.4ghz performance and will also with a lot of devices out perform the Unifi Wifi 6 Pro without a doubt. The main reason for that, you cant be calling yourself a Wifi 6 access point and still be using 10/100/1000 ethernet ports you need a minimum 2.5 Gbps to really open up those lanes for all the devices on the network.

Does not look like the Amada EAP660HD is sold in the USA yet but priced around $240 currently from what I see in Europe. The up charge for longer and better performing 2.4ghz range and the 2.5gbps port well worth it in my book.
