I'm in the Inland Empire. Looking at the Del Taco app, cheapest combo at my nearest location is $6.79 for 2 chicken soft tacos, fries, and a drink. Most expensive is $8.99 for 2 fish tacos, fries and a drink.

So, value of this deal would be $54-$72...plus, in years past you didn't pay tax either... So really looking at closer to $59-$79 in value.

How much are their combos usually? I went to Taco Bell and did the $25+1 free combo tonight because our combos here in LA are $10+ at the location nearest me.

This sounds like a good deal since I always get the bean burritos and simple tacos every week. The GC doesn't expire right?

I probably have over $500 in Del Taco gift cards at home from years of doing these deals.

Once I use up the 8 free combo meals (I usually pay the Macho Size upgrade if allowed), I mostly only use the GCs for buying from their $ menu because I don't believe their combo meals are worth the price.

In some places, like Park City,UT, combos start at $8 up to $10.

I don't know if Gift Cards load on the App per se, but you can use the Gift Card as payment on the App when checking out. The "free combo meal" coupons can also be redeemed via the App when checking out.

If you're looking for a way to not carry a bunch of physical cards, there are numerous App's where you can load the card on to your phone. Not an endorsement, but I happen to use Card Smash. It works for what I need...

What is the Taco Bell deal? I prefer Del Taco but there's only one in town about 15 miles away.
