I believe so, I was eyeing this one because it's basically an ES4 but with 1 battery instead of 2. You can buy a 2nd battery for $200 retail (about $80-$100 used on eBay) to easily convert it into a ES4. However upon further research shows that there is a control board issue that will just one day, spontaneously it'll stop working. Others on this forum also mentioned the ES series are few years old and the newer E and F series are much more efficient

Anyway it's back to the drawing board for me

Thanks to you I found the issues online. I still like how small it folds. Also looking at glion dolly and onewheel pint...
