It's all relative - we own two Dyson vacuums and they're great. You pay a premium for overengineering.

Both a $2000 TV and a $200 TV will play the game, but one is better.

A first class ticket and a coach ticket will both get you there, but one is better.

My wife is the farthest thing from being materialistic. But I got this for her as a gift and she absolutely loves it. She can't believe how much less damaged her hair is than it used to be. So while it's certainly expensive, I wouldn't consider wanting healthy hair as materialistic. This thing truly works.

My girlfriend is a make up artist and this she dreams with owning this hair dryer. Maybe some folk will chime in claiming she's materialistic, but she would literally have the dyson over a gucci bag regardless of the price.

I personally have tried it a couple times with the demo units and it's very impressive from a technological standpoint. best comparison I can give you is MacBook trackpads vs the rest. It's worth it.

This is good even the fake one. I just found out, I got a fake one of eBay 2 years ago for my girl for 250$. Be aware, a lot of those on eBay are fake.

I absolutely love my Dyson cordless vacuum, and I've been wanting to buy this but I can't bring myself to it. A regular blow dryer say $10-$40 here on Slickdeals. This thing is 10X. Help me justify and buy this thing.
