I am in the process of returning this tv to amazon right now. Pretty painless except for boxing the thing back up. I set a pick up time and the delivery driver will come to my house to get it. I have to be there to sign off on it being picked up. Everything was done online at amazon and took less than 2 minutes to schedule the return.

He's talking about 4K 120hz gaming. Currently very few people have the gear that can hit those marks and of those people there's even a smaller percentage that actually need it/use it on a daily basis.

It's a thing people do that they need to have the latest& greatest technology and anything else is garbage and a waste of money. ( Tech companies' love those people, they're their Bread & Butter)

Today many people see 1080p TVs as obsolete, useless and worthless even though 90% of what they watch is SD, HD & HD+ content and it actually looks better in a 1080p TV than a 4K TV.

How does one go about returning this if they don't like it? It's far too large to put in my SUV, so I want to make sure I'm not stuck with it if I get a dud.

Has anyone on here ever return a tv to Amazon because you didn't like the tv after all? If so, how was the process?

I just returned a tv back to bestbuy because the viewinf angles were horrible; I had no issues with best buy.

Amazon scheduled a delivery driver to pick up my returned tv from my front door at a scheduled date. Pretty easy process. This tv (or at least the one I received) was horrible. You couldn't even see the script in subtitles or messages scrolling across the bottom of the screen. People's faces were just a blur around the eyes. If a tv character had a striped shirt, the image would be a blur when the character moved. I used the setting at rtratings too, just didn't look good enough to me.

For what its worth i bought this TV brand new in June and its the worst TV I have ever owned.

It crashes all the time, the audio has to be turned up gradually till your over 90 by the end of the movie.

One of the worst large purchases I have ever made.

If you watch a lot of sports the 120hz refresh rate will limit the motion blur compared to 60hz. Not everyone likes to watch sports though. 🤷

This TV was delivered today from an earlier in the month deal for $850. Arrived safe and sound and has an absolutely stunning 4K picture. Keep in mind that is a QLED TV and at this price it is a killer deal. Beyond satisfied.
