Initially tempted, but I see Nest Hub 2nd gen around ~$45 new, so good deal if you want the Mini too. But I'm not really in the market for either of these

If you dont add the membership, freemini still works and you pay $10 more to not deal with their emails and worrying about canceling service.

Didn't think I would like this but it has grown on me. Integrates really well with Nest cams of course. My echo had a hard time with cams.

The free membership bundle was removed from the smaller Hub but the Hub Max product page DOES still have the free membership bundle - so you could buy the Hub Max if you wanted, at the same Google black friday price less 10% and with a free mini.

But the smaller Hub doesn't qualify (anymore)
