A: Yes. Related to the above, as long as the purchase price for a game or bundle is $29.99 or above, you are eligible for the Stadia Premiere Edition offer. In other words, if the purchase price is $29.99 and you use the $10 coupon to bring the price to $19.99, you'll still be eligible for the offer.

People can try the free games without the subscription to test the stream quality. It's a good idea to make sure your internet can handle Stadia/cloud gaming in general before buying anything though keep in mind the CCU has an ethernet port for a better connection than wifi.
No, a Pro membership gets you 4K, HDR and surround sound, as well as a bunch of free games you can "claim" and then play whenever you have an active subscription.
Any game you purchase can be played in 1080p any time you want without subscription, through the CCU or any PC/Android/iOS device.

4k yes, but it is 30 fps like the consoles unfortunately.
I agree, it's quite obnoxious, but it is ok once you have an account and if Stadia were run better they probably wouldn't be having crazy deals like this on the hardware, so 🤷
