A: Yes. Related to the above, as long as the purchase price for a game or bundle is $29.99 or above, you are eligible for the Stadia Premiere Edition offer. In other words, if the purchase price is $29.99 and you use the $10 coupon to bring the price to $19.99, you'll still be eligible for the offer.

the friend only gets the free month if the referral actually winds up paying for the service.
if anyone asked me for a referral, i would expect that they are probably not going to do that.
so the referral is only going to benefit the guy using it.
However these are internet randos, so take it with more than a few grains of salt. Based off the t&c you can probably return the stadia game for a refund (within 14 days) so if you don't get the coupon by the cut-off then you can cut your losses.
