Gamestop has Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition Digital for Xbox at $39.99 (usually $99.99) and it was full price a little while ago. I've been refreshing the listing on a few retailers over the last several days hoping it would go on sale and Whoomp! There it is
(Fine print in Microsoft store says Xbox one copy of the game includes free upgrade to series X/S 4k 60fps)
I ordered it with a gift card and the code arrived via email within seconds. I've also heard it's recommended to pay using PayPal or debit (vs using a credit card straight up) as sometimes companies wait until a credit card payment clears before sending your code whereas PayPal is supposed to be immediate. On that particular note your individual experience may vary. Enjoy!

I even included a link to Gamestop selling the disc version, same thing, $39.99. Amazon also had it for that price, but I think sold out.

Again, this is a re-release of an old game, I assure you the PHYSICAL copy was released at $39.99 and IS the standard price for the game. Digital copies are often listed at higher and full price, even though we all know the actual price, and for Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition, the price is $39.99.
