This is the best price they've had on these as far as I know. I bought one several months ago for $180 and it works flawlessly as long as you have good Wi-Fi connection. The human detection is good, but the audio is not great and has too much wind noise. Night vision works well. Only complaint I'd have is FOV could be a little wider but whether that is an issue for you is going to depend on where you set it up. No subscription is a plus as everything is stored onboard.

There is no plan to support these on Homebase.

There was a promise to support the indoor cams on Homebase, but it's been 2 years and they now ignore questions about it.

They should have made their cameras flexible enough to switch between internal memory, sd card and home base storage.

i already have old flood lights back in the day. is it as simple as taking the old one out and plugging this in? or will it require some more heavy lifting?

Thats exactly how it'll install. You will get a short wire, so you can connect it to a home socket and setup the wifi.

hm no subscription seems like a no brainer. already have the smart lock, doorbell, might as well just stick with team eufy. 4gb internal storage seems a bit light for 2k recording so i'm curious how many hrs will it hold

Just got this and tried setting up but facing issues - after I plug in the unit to a wall socket , tried to follow the steps in eufy security app, it doesn't show me the list of Wi-Fi networks available for the floodlight to connect to and instead wants to join a network called 'floodlightEufy_cam' but the network is not available. Not sure how to proceed - Any help on this appreciated.
