They have two different sizes available for kids brush heads.
I have this tooth brush for both of my kids and they're very good.
I use smaller size brush head for 6 years old and bigger for 9 years old.
Curious. Why can't we use regular adult sized philips sonicare for kids older than 5? I grabbed 2 for $70 from Costco. Would like to know the thoughts?

Do you have a link to the smaller heads? I just picked up two for my 5 y/o twins and never bought these before because the og head was too large.
Do know that generic brush heads are always a crap shoot. They range from good (none of them equal original quality but many are definitely close enough) to terrible.

Supposedly you can and there is no difference in the motor strength. One of the Q&As on this Product's Amazon link discusses the match. Apparently there are more smaller child-appropriate compact heads that may or may not fit depending on which adult model you have.
Not an expert but I did 5 mins of research prior to purchasing.

Also, the kids version has Bluetooth and the app to make brushing more fun. They can earn rewards for brushing and they can feed and dress the little guy in the app.

My 3yr old uses an adult one with kid's toothbrush heads. The adult one she uses can adjust the motor in 3 different levels so it was a good way for her to get used to the vibration.

You can purchase compact heads for smaller mouths. The toothbrush works with both.
