Looks like they just changed the price. I was looking for it to price match everyone else/drop for the past week. I still have my tab up from yesterday that shows $154.99. Thanks OP. Costco is the way to go for this controller.

Just bought it but let me understand this correctly someone please explain...if the controller gets messed up for whatever reason you can just exchange it for a new one at Costco no matter how long? Is there a limit how many times you can do that

You get full refund. Not a replacement ( may or may not be in stock later on)

You can then rebuy it,if in stock .

It says limit one per member. Has anyone tried to buy a second after the first? Usually in store, the limits are per trip. I wonder what the price is in store. Potentially less?

Ah boo, as I just bought it directly from the Microsoft website for the same price and I would have preferred to get it from Costco.

I purchased one right after the other online. Also if you didn't know there are no real limits in store, you just have to be willing to walk in more than once to buy something again. And I've been to 2 Costco's none had the controller in stock, may change for Christmas time who knows.

In the event of a refund/replacement, do you need the box? Mine is currently being sent to MS for repairs. Thinking about getting another one.

I returned mine this month and got a new one already. I had no issue returning it without the box. I brought the case and all accessories. No fuss at all.

Ordered another from Costco that night and received it a few days later. The new one was cheaper than the first one and they dropped the price today, or yesterday, and I put in for a price adjustment online today. Really couldn't be much easier.
