Are these good for Jackery? It doesn't seem portable.
Yeah these are for mounting situations like a building / shed / RV roof.
You'll want a foldup style panel for portability. At this price you could get both and be able to keep the Jackery charged at home for free.
From what I have read the Monocrystalline Solar Panel are better and even work well on cloudy days. I would spend the couple extra $ dollars for those.

Great panel at a discount price. Lightweight and powerfull. I bought one for my shed last year and at that time it was exactly the same in construction and output as a Renogy.

How easy is it to use this for emergencies?
Can I just plug a power bank into it?
No .. these do not have a usb interface built in
you would need at least a charge controller with USB and most likely another set of cables to hook the 2 together.
(they make adapter cables that would allow you to hook this directly to a Jackery type powerstation)
Many of the portable solar panels already have a usb interface built into them
and you can charge directly from them.

That is true, the mono panels do have somewhat better specs, but are more likely to break down when the panels are partially shaded though. So, access to unfiltered sunlight is a consideration for monos.
