Screen doesn't have the high gloss touchscreens usually have. It looks matte to me.
Hopefully somebody can address these points: If you use a hub, could you use the same port to charge and send the video to an external monitor? When there were 59 comments on Costco's page for this, two people liked the battery life, one said the hinge is not good, and one asserted there are known hinge problems. jmw1214 found more complaints about the hinge. mpankuj has experienced the hinge problem.

What does Costco even cover?
The problem is, Lenovo is trying to say this is accidental damage and not covered by warranty, although it is clearly a product defect. I would stay far away. Google for "broken hinge ideapad" There are hundreds with same problem, and many completely out of luck on this one.
