you are incorrect. amazon fresh is one of the few delivery services that accepts snap. also, people who receive snap benefits are not "snap people." they're just people.

I'm 100% certain they are. Why on earth would they not? If something is cheap on Amazon it's no different from a regular store. Amazon has an entire program specifically set up for SNAP purchases, gives SNAP related discounts, and indicates on products when they are SNAP eligible. Why would Amazon spend all the money and time and effort to go through that if no SNAP purchases were being made?

Edit: A Boston Globe article online from Nov 2020 indicated that over a million households were purchasing groceries online each month via SNAP, a 50-fold increase from the beginning of COVID. That's even more than I would have expected.

I delivered for Amazon flex in the LA area. I asked a few customers and that was how they paid. Not judging at all, but i stopped picking up at that warehouse and started picking up where customers tipped more.

It's somewhat confusing as to what exactly counts for the purchase. It says AmazonFresh and Whole Foods items are ineligible, so what does that leave?

There's a LOT of food items for sale on Amazon that aren't through Fresh or Whole Foods, they ship from normal Amazon warehouses, or from 3rd parties. I've never had any problems ordering food from either, but you have to check the seller's reputation first if it's a 3rd party seller - anything less than high 90s approval for a food seller and I'm out.
