What receipt should we use for the rebate? I did curbside pickup and have a pickup receipt but I'm not sure that counts.

The terms say: "The original rebate receipt or packing slip dated"

I usually just print an invoice for rebates but I can't find how to do that with kohls.

I just received part of my shipment. I had re-printed the packing slip from the Kohl's website to make sure, and on the re-printed packing slips it states order date and time 12:02 A.M. CST., with packing slip number 6202256333. Now that I have this all ready, I checked the actual packing slip, that came from Kohl's within the shipment. Same packing slip number 6202256333, but on the packing slip that came from Kohl's, on the bottom it shows Order Date 11/20/2021. Now I don't know what to do. I guess I'll initiate a chat, anyone else have this happen? The fact that I earned KC should be proof positive, but then the Home code applied, which supposedly expired on 11/20/2021. Problem 2. If I do have to have only the original packing slip that came from Kohl's, what happens to a packing slip that has items from a rebate on Toastmaster and a rebate from Hamilton Beach? Those go to different departments within the rebate system, so there's no way to have an original receipt from both. Anyone encountered this? Seems like these rebates always seem to have a glitch. TIA.

Was your order store pick up or shipped? Do you have your email confirmation showing a date of 11/21 on it? It's possible the store didn't update their system to reflect 11/21. Attach proof of the 11/21 order date to the packing list with a note. Obviously if ordered on 11/21 it's impossible for the shipment or store pick to have occurred on 11/20.

I you can print it out that would be the best thing, may also be smart to call Kohls customer service in advance and ask guidance as the deal was already advertised on their website. Curious, did you get the $15 Kohls Cash as expected? That is a clear indicator that your order was placed on 11/21 because it wasn't in effect on 11/20.

@badboy2man look at your packing list in your online Kohls account, see if that shows 11/21, if it does, print those out and use those to submit the rebate. They are acceptable to use for the rebate T&C.

packing slips are available to print from your online kohls account and are accepted for rebates. So if you had Ham Beach and Toastmaster on the same receipt, simply print out two packing lists and only use the online packing lists that show 12:02AM on 11/21 w/your rebate submissions. the ones you print out from their website are considered 'kosher' for rebate submissions.

Go to orders, look for tracking info in specific order, you'll see packing receipt tab, click and print.

Just go into your account, click on the order, and right next to the tracking number there should be an option to print your packing slip.
