Though ring does sell an adapter if you need to convert it to a plug in.

Two cameras. One that is setup to be wired into an existing exterior floodlight, and one battery powered camera for interior or exterior use.

Just as an fyi to anyone new to ring...they charge a subscription just for you to store your video footage. You only get live view with this I'm pretty sure, which is pretty useless.

I don't see why any would get this over other cameras and pay the subscription if you have wires set up anyways.
