Still no shipping update. Target must be slammed with BF sale orders usually shipping updates the next day and take 2-3 days to arrive but these have a arrival date of December 3rd, which is very very slow compared to normal target delivery times.

Does anyone have experience with Target advertising mistakes and know what to expect in terms of a partial refund? Listing 5 packs is 100% false advertising and that fifth pack is worth $3.99. Is a 40% partial refund via a target gift card asking too much?
