My friend tried to ask support for some kind of credit , he was denied and was told target is not liable for incorrect listings and if he wasnt happy just return...

ps: surprisingly the cs rep told him that it was ok to return even if it was open..... which was weird...

Besides not getting the horizontal tins, my order was incorrect. I did not receive the proper number of each ordered. I ordered 2 of each (2boys) and received 3,2 and 1.

Item came in, and it's the version with 4 booster packs, not 5 as I originally purchased. CS told me there was nothing wrong and to return them for a full refund. They said that they weren't responsible for incorrect stock images. I didn't take any screen grabs of the original listing with the product description.

I did send an them an email with my original order confirmation showing the 5 booster version to the support email. CS rep looked at it, but didn't seem to care but agreed that the images were different than what was received.. Will be returning them tomorrow.

Yea sent the screenshot found here used the in app chat feature. First rep offered $20 tier 2 offered $40 and I took it. Explained the missing pack is worth $4 ordered 10 tins.

I did a live chat and all they offered me was a 5% refund which amounted to around $3 for the 6 tins that I ordered. I guess it's better than nothing but would have been nicer to get the 5 packs in each tin.

Can anyone PM a link to a pic with 5 pack info showing. Got these but a bunch of the tins came damaged from no packing material and a huge box combined with 4 packs instead of 5 has me debating on just returning the lot of them but want to see if maybe they will offer a decent discount.
